Brice took over the family vineyards in 2018 and has fully converted the vineyards to organic farming. In the cellars each plot is vinified and aged in 500L oak barrels. Most of the plots he farms were plated by his grandfather over 60 years ago. While his approach to making champagne is decidedly simply the wines are the exact opposite. Deep, rich and with a story to tell. Each bottling excites more than the last.
