Garth's career in wine over the last 24 years includes a decade as a sommelier at Michelin starred restaurants Per Se and The French Laundry and as the US Ambassador for Krug Champagne. Cat has spent 20+ years building and designing for some of the top hospitality groups in the country including Hogsalt, Starbucks Corporate, Coca-Cola, and Lou Malnati's, in addition to top wineries and tasting rooms in Napa Valley. Together, they have traveled extensively to the Champagne Region of France to build strong relationships with grower families deeply rooted in the community. Their goal is to further educate those curious about champagne and to reveal a broader experience beyond the mainstream & mass-produced. Through relationships and passion for Champagne, they created Champagne Happy Hour. The goal is for you to know where your bottle is coming from, who dedicated their life to perfecting it, and why it is so important to support small grower champagne.
