This highly limited micro-cuvée is a single-parcel 100% Pinot Meunier sourced from a distinct vintage in the village of Vandières. The grapes are harvested fully ripe from a selection of their most characterful Meunier plots. The juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation and lengthy maturation entirely in hand-selected Burgundian oak barrels, and malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve maximum electric energy. It rests on its lees for an extended cellar sleep before being finished as an intense, low-dosage Extra Brut.
