a few more details

This bottle is the ultimate calling card for the father-and-son team Patrick and Bryan Marx. It is a perfectly harmonious blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, sourced entirely from south-facing, clay-limestone and sandy plots in the village of Venteuil. Fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels, it sits on its lees for two full years before release. Bottled with a classic 6 g/L Brut dosage.

Why we love it: Drinking this wine is like taking a bite of a crisp, perfectly ripe yellow apple while sitting in a bakery. The oak aging gives it a gorgeous, comforting base of warm brioche, toasted almonds, and a touch of sweet baking spices. But because it is packed with fresh Marne Valley fruit, it stays incredibly refreshing, bursting with bright citrus zest, white peach.

The vibe: You just landed after a week of work travel. Treat yourself with this bottle and order your favorite chicken Tikka Masala to decompress.
