a few more details

Crafted by brother duo Jérôme and Damien Labbé, this wine represents meticulous micro-farming across their family's 10 hectares. Built on a Premier Cru base of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, it is sourced entirely from old vines scattered across 40 tiny plots within a 5-mile radius of their estate. Jérôme, who spent years working as an assistant winemaker with the legendary house Bruno Paillard, utilizes his expertise to subtly integrate used oak barrels for single-plot base fermentations. It undergoes extended lees aging before being finished with a crisp, low dosage.

Why we love it: It hits your mouth like a basket of freshly harvested summer berries, backed by a sophisticated savory depth. The nose is incredibly vibrant, exploding with fresh raspberries, wild strawberries, and ripe cherries.

The vibe: Casual Saturday afternoon backyard hangout with friends. Brats and asparagus are on the grill and a deck of cards is waiting for after you eat.
