FAMILLE DELOUVIN 'Meunier Perpetuel'

Crafted by Geoffrey Delouvin in the village of Vandières, right in the heart of France's Vallée de la Marne, this bottle is a rare, 100% Pinot Meunier sparkling wine made using a perpetual reserve started back in 1992. Half of the bottle is made from this complex, decades-old reserve, while the other half is from the latest harvest. It is aged on its lees and finished as an Extra Brut with a very low dosage, making it exceptionally crisp and clean.
