'Bis Repetita' translates from Latin to "repeated thing," but there is absolutely nothing repetitive about wine. Geoffrey creates magic with this symbiotic, late-release blend of old-vine Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay because of his patience. Harvested in 2013,a vintage revered across Champagne for its chiseled, ultra-precise acidity, this bottle underwent a late disgorgement and was kept tucked away in the deep chalk cellars on its side for 10 to 11 full years. Released as an Extra Brut, it acts as a time capsule showcasing how old-vine Marne fruit transforms over a decade under water and stone.

Why we love it: 2013 was a famously cold vintage that gifted wines a lightning-sharp spine of freshness. By leaving the wine on its dead yeast cells for over a decade, that piercing sharpness has been wrapped in a lush, warm cloak of maturity with roasted hazelnuts, warm vanilla pastry, lemon curd, and dried orchard fruits.
