Candide is a blend of two vintages from the chalky, limestone rich soil of two Chardonnay plots around 40 years old. Old oak barrel fermentation and 36 months aging in the cellar.

Why we love it: The old oak fermentation adds to the depth and complexity of the vineyards and make for a lush and extremely exciting bottle. We get notes of floral and honey.
