DOMAINE ROUSSEAUX-BATTEUX 'Les Chauffours' 2021

Adrien Rousseaux crafts 'Les Chauffours' from a microscopic .24 hectare single vineyard split by a dirt path, featuring vines planted in 1972 and 1973. For the 2021 vintage, he harvested pure, low-yielding Pinot Noir from this cold, north-facing block. The wine was fermented and aged entirely in oak barrels without any filtration or stabilization, before resting in their chalk cellars.
