DOMAINE ROUSSEAUX-BATTEUX 'Cuve n9' 2018

Adrien's Cuve n9 is an exclusive blend harvested from the 2018 vintage, celebrated as one of the earliest and most beautifully ripe growing seasons in Champagne history. To build this cuvée, Adrien seamlessly marries Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru slopes of Verzenay and Louvois with Chardonnay from Verzenay. It spends roughly four years aging in their chilly chalk cellars before being finished as an Extra Brut with a minimal, precise 3.4 g/L dosage. It is a rare collector's bottle, with only 1,968 bottles produced for the entire world.
