Trois Contrees bottling features three grapes (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc) from three vineyards each in different river valleys. The true diversity of terroir and packed with everything you could want in a bottle of champagne.


Why we love it: This is a quietly delicious wine. There's juicy peach, red skin of an apple, apricot and almonds. The 15% reserve wine in this champagne gives it a complexity and depth that we really loved.


The vibe: Weekend brunch with avocado toast.
