Domaine la Borderie "De Quoi Te Mêles Tu?"

De Quoi Te Meles-Tu?, which translates to ‘None of Your Business,’ is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in a vineyard planted in 1980 and farmed organically in the village of Neuville sur Seine. It is fermented in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the purity of the fruit.


Why we love it: This champagne is luminous, yet subtle. We found the fruit really shines with the aroma of fresh grapes, apple and cherry.
