Translating to "Footprints" or "Impressions," this cuvée is filmmaker-turned-grower Bryan Marx’s ultimate expression of identity. It is a single-vintage 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs sourced entirely from a choice, organic, south-facing plot in his home village of Venteuil. Fermented and aged completely in individual oak barrels (using a portion of new oak), it rests in his subterranean chalk cave before being released raw and naked as a bone-dry Brut Nature with zero dosage.

Why we love it: This wine is deeply complex yet piercingly fresh. The nose balances rich notes of pine nuts, warm toast, and fresh pastry with bright, crunchy red fruits—think tart cherry pie, fresh wild strawberries, and redcurrants.
