This single-vintage, 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs marks the literal birth of Domaine des Tuileries. Sourced from his favorite south-facing organic parcel "Les Barils" in the village of Venteuil, the 2019 harvest represents the moment Bryan broke away from traditional family methods to launch his own low-intervention line.

Why we love it: It beautifully shows off the stunning depth that comes with an extra year of bottle age compared to the 2020. The nose is a striking mix of crisp lime zest, chartreuse, and tart green apple skin with a chalky mineral finish.
