DOMAINE DES TUILERIES 'Acacia' 2022

Bryan Marx named this cuvée after a sunny picnic spot he used to share with his grandfather under an old acacia tree. To honor that memory, he crafts this bottle as a 100% Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs sourced from organic, south-facing parcels in Venteuil. While most of his wines are raised in oak, this tiny-production bottling is fermented and aged entirely inside acacia wood barrels.

Why we love it: The acacia wood gives the wine an elegant, smooth structure and floral complexity. It balances Meunier's fruit, like yellow apples and cantaloupe, with a hint white honey and sweet baking spices.

The vibe: A late summer picnic under a canopy of trees where you've packed a chicken sandwich on a buttered baguette and a wheel of creamy cheese.
