Translating to the "Line of Sight," this cuvée is winemaker Bastien Moreau's direct target on pure terroir transparency. While the Marne Valley is world-famous for Pinot Meunier, Bastien uses this bottle to highlight his rare, certified organic 100% Chardonnay plots grown on the chalky marl slopes of Vandières.

Why we love it: It drinks with a pristine, electric focus in its salinity. The tiny touch of Meursault wood gives it an incredibly elegant, soft mousse and subtle depth without weighing down the fruit. On the nose, you get an explosive pop of crunchy green apples, lemon tart, and fresh citrus zest.
