CHAMPAGNE MATTHIEU GODME-GUILLAUME VILLAGE VVV

VVV pays homage to the three villages where the grapes were sorced, Verzenay, Verzy and Villers-Marmery.

The grapes, which were organically farmed, were harvested from vieilles vignes or old vines, from 30-40 year old parcels and is made from 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir.

Why we love it: This wine shows an incredible depth and complexity that you won't want to stop drinking. We found green apple and citrus zest with hints of brioche from the barrel aging.

The vibe: Picnic day where you pick up your favorite Falafel pita wrap or Bánh Mì sandwich while reading a book in the park.
