CAILLEZ LEMAIRE 'Reflets'

This wine highlights the estate's signature Pinot Meunier, backed by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Rather than pulling from just one estate plot, this wine acts as a direct liquid reflection of the region, blending grapes from five distinct villages: Damery, Cumières, Hautvillers, Fleury-la-Rivière, and Vauciennes. A portion of the base wine is fermented in older oak barrels before spending up to three years aging on the lees in the cellar, bottled with a crisp, low Extra Brut dosage of 5g/L.

Why we love it: It feels like taking a crunchy bite right out of a piece of fresh orchard fruit. The heavy Meunier dominance gives it a gorgeous, immediate fruitiness balanced by citrus oils, white floral aromas, and an underlying richness of warm bread dough and almond tart.

The vibe: A casual, impromptu afternoon-hang as the sun goes down served with pimento cheese and crackers, prosciutto wrapped melon and salted pistachios.
