ALEXANDRE GRIMEE 'BONNEIL CORPUS' 2021

Instead of focusing on a single vineyard plot, Alexandre used the tricky, cool 2021 vintage to attempt a macro-reading of his home terroir. He blended grapes from four distinct parcels in Bonneil directly at the press house, aiming to capture the pure "body" (or Corpus) of the village. Like his other experiments, it is a staggering rarity: a 100% Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs with absolutely zero dosage (Brut Nature), and only 390 bottles were ever produced.

Why we love it: It’s incredibly transparent, energetic, and completely unmasked. The cold vintage gives it a serious structural spine. The palate is taut, mineral-driven, and crisp, offering an electric, vibrating mouthfeel without an ounce of sugar to hide behind.
