AGRAPART AVIZE 'Atoma' 2023 MAGNUM

In Greek, Atoma means "indivisible" or "atom". Fabrice started a perpetual reserve vat back in 2020. Every single year, he bottles half of the blend and tops the tank back up with the current vintage. That means every future release of this wine will literally contain an "atom" of the original.

Why we love it: Despite this being a "new" winery, Fabrice is easily one of the most celebrated winemakers in the entire region. Nothing about this feels like a first attempt. It’s an absolute masterpiece with brilliant hits of fresh citrus, crisp green apple, and pear.
